Net Neutrality: The Debate Continues

The Wall Street Journal published a big article (subscription required) today on "Net Neutrality" and the battle between Internet companies and telecoms over a Web toll (See: "Not So Neutral," p. B1). 

I wrote about this issue a few months ago in an essay titled: "The Internet Toll Cometh?" 
In that post I focused on the impact an Internet toll could have on access to healthcare information.  Where do you stand on this issue?
