1. Intro To Social Media: Lee Hopkins and Trevor Cook have put together a great white paper that provides an easy to swallow intro to social media. I found the section on blog writing to be particularly useful -- although I admit that I break a few of Hopkins and Cook's rules.
2. Search Social Media Knowledge; Keep Up With Happenings In New PR: Constantin Basturea, who I had the pleasure of meeting at the recent Communications 2.0 conference in New York City has provided some great resources to help the masses tap into the collective knowledge of social media communications pros.
