Yesterday, I wrote a lengthy post
focusing on how I thought Johnson & Johnson could use its corporate blog to provide more context about why it decided to sue the Red Cross.
Last night, J&J decided to pick up the gauntlet thrown down by me and a few other bloggers and posted more information about why it made this move on its corporate blog, JNJ BTW. Ray Jordan, another member of J&J’s corporate communications team wrote the post, as Marc Monseau is currently on vacation.
It also appears that J&J has been communicating with bloggers about the suit.
Great job adding meat to those potatoes J&J. This, my friends is what corporate blogging should be all about. Reading the tea leaves, responding quickly and having the courage to grapple with the tough issues of the day.
