Kaiser Family Foundation Hosts Webinar On Health Blogosphere

The Kaiser Family Foundation is holding a Webinar on July 29 focusing on thekaiser_med51.gif growing influence of policy-related health blogs on the news agenda and journalism.  I’ve witnessed this trend first-hand – mainly via my other blog Envisioning 2.0 – when I have participated in a number of debates and conversations on a range of health subjects.  Sometimes my posts have been featured on major news Websites like Reuters and the Houston Chronicle.

Michael Leavitt, secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services will keynote the event.  It looks very interesting and I’m planning on making time to attend virtually.  For more information about the event, please click here.

I will be there in person tomorrow - looks like it will be a very interesting time. Hopefully can read about your thoughts after the event!
